Returns

Please initiate a return by emailing admin@mariaahrens.com within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery and you have not contacted us, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Items must be postmarked to send back to seller at the address below within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a refund. Buyer is responsible for paying any shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issued a refund. 
A credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please be aware that it may take a few business days before your refund is officially posted.


Exchanges

We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged in-transit at no additional cost to you. To initiate an exchange, send us an email at admin@mariaahrens.com with your order number and photos of the damages. 

Depending on where you live and the item you are exchanging, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.
